If you let the arugula flower, the blooms may be used for a spicy salad garnish. However if you let it flower it will go to seed and stop producing leaves. So it is a great thing to do before your first hard frost at the very end of the season.

do not believe what you read! Just 4 seeds sprouted! and it not a 1000 seeds in the packet, is a powdered seeds pack.
